Sunday June 1st is the big launch!

We're proud to be producing this exciting new show featuring a new short film created for a poem each week. Set to images, sound and video, the poem transforms into a rhythmic narration for a guided visual experience. {Poetry on Film} features contemporary poetry read by the authors and legendary poetry read by today's finest theatrical stage actors. 

Sure the official launch date of Poetry on Film is June 1st, 2014, however all of you die-hard poetry fans, spoken word enthusiasts and film making buffs, can get a sneak peak of this weeks poet, Arvind Joshi.  

We sincerely hope you enjoy "Nocturne," a poem by Arvind Joshi.

Mr. Joshi is an accomplished poet from New Delhi, India. He has been writing in English and Hindi for most of his adult life. Mr. Joshi writes poetry, short stories, plays and essays. He started "Bardic Society", an arts and performance group that published a literary journal "Bard". Another offshoot of the society was a theatre group "Advait" for which he wrote, directed and staged several plays in New Delhi for about 6 years. 

Mr. Joshi has also produced and directed a short fiction films. Like many great artists, he has simultaneously pursued my first loves, writing and movies.
